Service capabilities
Repair, balancing and testing
Hoyer VMS handles a wide range of turbocharger service and overhaul tasks, from damaged components to rotor balancing and testing.
Services include:
- Repair of damaged turbine blades, nozzle rings and related components
- Balancing of turbocharger rotors
- Cleaning of rotor shafts by glass blasting
- Re-blading of rotor shafts
- Crack detection testing, including NDT testing
- Full documentation after completion
We also balance impellers for water pumps, shafts and engine room fans, with capacity for components up to 1.2 metres in diameter and 750 kilos.
Spare parts for turbochargers
We supply spare parts for all major turbocharger brands, including original and OEM parts. With technical support and fast delivery, we help keep turbocharger maintenance and repairs moving when it matters most.
