Workshop capabilities

Precision machining, line boring and grinding

Our machine workshop is equipped with CNC and manual lathes, boring machines and milling machines for precision repair, machining and restoration of complex components.

With specialist tools for both workshop-based and on-site work, we support mobile machining tasks where accuracy, documentation and fast turnaround are critical.

Capabilities include:

  • Line boring of engine blocks, stern tube linings, rudder trunks, rudder stocks, rudder heels and hinges
  • Milling of foundations for cranes, fuel pumps and engine blocks
  • Inserting rings in engine blocks to repair cracks and pitting damages
  • On-site surface milling and grinding up to 3,500 x 2,500 mm per set-up
  • Component machining, restoration, testing and documentation where required

Supporting larger service and repair projects

Our workshop services often support larger repair projects across propulsion, engines and rotating equipment. For specialised work such as propeller welding, shaft repair, thermal arc spray and component overhaul, explore our related service offerings.

Spare parts

We supply original and reconditioned spare parts for engines, turbochargers, gears and related systems. 

With reconditioned alternatives, fast delivery and strong technical support, we help extend component lifetime, reduce waste and keep maintenance moving when it matters most.
